​​Motor Vehicle Insurance Arbitration Committee (MVIAC)

The MVIAC has been set up under Section 68F of the Road Traffic Act 1962 to determine disputes arising between two insurers or between  a policy holder and an insurer regarding their respective liability or the compensation to be paid following occurrence of a road accident not involving bodily injuries.
